WE ARE A COALITION
of
Advocates, artists, activists, educators and facilitators seeking to make Embodied, Cyclical Arts + Education, Wisdom + Knowledge commonplace,
once again.
educators + Facilitators
Ally Rugge, Founder

“We are not fighting for nature. We are nature, defending itself.”
– Atossa Soltani, Founder of Amazon Watch
Committed to healing her debilitating Menstrual pain, Ally spent a decade educating herself with anything she could find on the Menstrual Cycle and related ailments. Through this process, she not only healed her cycle-related suffering, but discovered how to live in ‘Rite‘ relationship with her own rhythm, and just how deeply nourishing and necessary it is. She eventually compiled all her research and experience into a teachable, relatable, visually inspiring Embodied Cycle Awareness curriculum and guidebook called ‘Seasons of the Cycle.‘
In 2016, she began teaching her curriculum along with a Cycle Connection method developed with a colleague, called Phasic|Ritual. After learning just how little we-who-bleed are taught about the true beauty of our bodies, Ally is now dedicated to making this empowering education common knowledge. She believes it is our birthright.
